Waking up from their winter hibernation, Cape May’s parking meters will become active on April 1 in all areas of the resort town.
With only a few exceptions, parking meters are in effect April 1 to October 31 daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
All meters are 25 cents per 10 minutes. Stand-alone meters only accept quarters or the ParkMobile app. Multi-meters also accept credit cards and ParkMobile.
The city provides a five-minute grace period on all meters before an overtime violation occurs.
