Races offer scenic views of the Wildwoods on Nov. 1

Runners will compete in the Five-Mile Beach Half Marathon, 10K and 5K just after sunrise on Saturday, November 1, in the Wildwoods.

They will take on a fast, flat and scenic course that winds through the coastal communities of Wildwood, North Wildwood and Wildwood Crest.

The event is open to all ages and offers a variety of race options for any level of runner to enjoy the stunning ocean views, the crisp autumn air, and the sound of crashing waves as they push towards the finish line.

It promises to offer an unforgettable experience with on-course support, enthusiastic spectators and a festive post-race celebration, according to a new release.

The Half Marathon begins at 8 a.m. followed by the 5K at 8:15 a.m. and the 10K at 9:15 a.m. For those looking for a challenge, the Combo 5K and 10K is available. Runners will complete the 5K race and then jump back to the starting line for the 10K race.

Walkers and families are welcome to participate. An inflatable finish line arch will be waiting for all runners, including food and drink post-race.

The race begins and ends at Sunrise at Rambler Road Park in Wildwood Crest. The race is held just after sunrise, offering a scenic route along the Wildwoods Boardwalk. The course terrain is flat and fast, welcoming all levels of runners.
